摘　　要：分析了迁钢公司1580热轧步进式加热炉水梁间距对板坯加热温度均匀性的影响。结果表明，加热炉水梁间距不均匀是导致板坯加热温度不均匀的主要原因。对水梁间距进行优化改造后，板坯加热温度均匀性明显改善，且终轧温度、板卷宽度和厚度等指标均得到不同程度的改善。The influence of skid spacing on the slab temperature uniformity have been analyzed. The results showed that the unequal spacing of beams was the main cause of the slab temperature disproportion. The slab temperature uniformity has been improved after optimizing the skid arrangement. Meanwhile, the rolling process parameters such as finishing temperature uniformity, the width and the thickness of finished product have various degrees of improvement.
