摘　　要：针对首秦公司4300宽厚板生产线2座蓄热式加热炉在运行中出现的问题进行了分析，并提出了具体改进措施。特别介绍了小型三通换向阀在日常使用中所遇到的问题及解决办法，提出了在2座加热炉改造时应用能完全分隔空气及煤气2种介质的新型烧嘴以及在1号加热炉上应用集中换向燃烧技术的建议，以提升蓄热式燃烧技术的应用水平。The paper analyzes the problems of two regenerative reheating furnace operating on Shouqin 4300 heavy plate line, and points out the specific improvement measures. The problems encountered in daily use and solutions of small three reversing valve have a special introduction. The suggestion is put forward about the application of the new burner which can separate the air and gas completely when the two sent heating furnaces are transformed. This method can enhance the application level of regenerative combustion technology.
