摘  要:结合迁钢公司蓄热式加热炉的生产实践,探讨了蓄热式加热炉存在的炉压高、炉压波动大和炉内气氛控制不佳等问题,提出了精确控制烟气流量、降低烟道压力损失、提高烟道闸板阀开度控制精度、精确计算理论空气流量和自动修正过剩空气系数等措施。实践结果表明,以上措施对加热炉燃烧控制系统优化效果显著,炉压高、炉压波动大和炉内气氛控制不佳等问题得到了有效解决。With the practice of regenerative heating furnace of Qian'an steel company, some problems such as high furnace pressure, pressure wave, uncontrolled furnace atmosphere were analyzed. And methods of controlling flue gas flow accurately, reducing the local pressure loss of flue, improving the flue gate valve opening control precision, calculating the theoretical air flow accurately and revising the excess air coefficient automatically were put forward. The practice results showed that these measures benefit to the optimizing control of combustion system. What's more, the problems such as high furnace pressure, pressure wave, and uncontrolled furnace atmosphere were solved.
