摘　　要：该文针对重庆市成品住宅发展情况,对该市消费者和开发企业进行抽样调查,分析总结当地成品住宅的发展现状与存在问题,提出了推动成品住宅进一步发展的对策与建议。Based on the current development situation of finished residence in Chongqing and the sample survey of the urban consumers and develop-ment enterprises,the current development situation and existing problems of local finished residence are analyzed and summarized with countermeasures and suggestions on further development of finished residence presented.
