摘　　要：发展成品住宅是建设资源节约型、环境友好型两型社会的重要内容,是发展绿色建筑、推动建筑节能的重要手段。该文以对全市4243名消费者和165家开发企业调查为基础,分析了全市成品住宅建设基本情况,当前存在的困难和问题,以期为下一步工作打下扎实基础。Finished residence,the important content of the establishment of resource conserving society and environment-friendly society,is a key tool to promote green building and building energy conservation. Based on the investigation on 4243 consumers and 165 development enterprises,the basic situ-ation,existing difficulties and problems of finished residence are analyzed in an effort to lay solid foundation for further work.
