氯雷他定联合布地奈德治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察氯雷他定联合布地奈德治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：将46例患儿按随机双盲法分为治疗组24例和对照组22例。治疗组给予氯雷他定5～10mg，1次／日，每晚睡前口服，另外雾化吸入布地奈德雾化混悬液2mL，2次／日：对照组同法给予布地奈德雾化混悬液，同时口服安慰剂。两组其他对症支持治疗相同，疗程均为2个月。观察治疗后两组患儿鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕、咳嗽、气喘等改善情况，并以此分析疗效。结果：治疗组鼻炎治疗总有效率87．5％，对照组59．1％，治疗组鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕等鼻炎症状改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组哮喘治疗总有效率95．8％，对照组68．2％，治疗组哮喘疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：氯雷他定联合布地奈德治疗儿童支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎，较单用布地奈德疗效更好，且依从性好，不良反应少。Objective： To observe the effect of loratadine and budesonide in treating bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis in children. Methods： Forty-six children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 24） were treated with 5 - 10 mg loratadine by oral administration once a day at bedtime, and 2 mL budesonide nebulization liquid by inhalation twice a day. The control group （n = 22） were only treated with 2 mL budesonide by inhalation twice a day. After treatment, the symptoms of stuffy nose, sneezing, runny nose and cough were recorded. Results： The easement of symptoms in the treatment group, such as stuffy nose, sneezing, runny nose and cough, was much better than those in the control group. Conclusions： The conjoint thearapy of loratadine and budesonide has excellent treatment effect, good compliance, and few side effects.
