略论宋代城市市政的管理与建设

摘　　要：论述在繁华的城市活动中,宋代官府对城市建设与管理采取了拆除沿街违章建设、拓宽道路,防范火灾、注重改造和疏浚旧河道,保证水道畅通、凿井汲水,保证百姓生活用水安全、搞好垃圾、污秽的日常清理,保护环境卫生等措施加以解决,保证城市活动的有序进行。宋廷对城市市政管理与建设的不少正确做法,至今值得借鉴。In the bustling city activities,the Song government has taken some measuresto ensure the orderly city activities.They are dismantling illegal constructions along the street,widening the road,preventing from the fire,dredging the old river channel and water channel,pumping wells,protecting the clean water,and dealing with the daily rubbishes.It is worth learning how they construct the city municipal and manage the Song Dynasty government.
