摘　　要：从圆形邮政信筒的开发过程,介绍了该信筒的冲压成形工艺设计,以及顶盖、投信筒、底座等主要零件的冲压工艺和模具结构设计,并对该产品的性能与成本优势进行了简要阐述。With the development process of cylindrical pillar-box, this paper makes a brief introduc- tion to the process planning in stamping and forming the pillar-box. Meanwhile, it presents the stam- ping process planning and the structure design of the key components, such as the top cap, the mail slot and the base etc. In addition, the paper explicates the performances and the cost advantage of the product.
