摘 要:目的利用表面等离子体共振(sPR)生物传感技术,对水样中的三嗪类农药阿特拉津进行检测.为研发相应快检技术与设备提供技术基础。方法以抗原或抗体作为传感器敏感识别元件,利用间接竞争法结合SPR传感技术对阿特拉津进行检测。结果方法最低检出限2.34ng/ml(S/N=3),IC50=32.36ng/ml,检测范围5.75~181.97ng/ml,检测时间〈30min,回收率98.4%~104.2%,相对标淮偏差1.9%。结论所建立方法对于检测水样中阿特拉津具灵敏性、准确性和精密性。Objective In the purpose of providing fast detection technology and equipment, a detection method for atrazine in water samples using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor was established. Methods Antigen and antibody was used as sensitive recognition sensor element, and indirect competitive assay combined with SPR sensing technology was employed to detect atrazine. Results The minimum detection limit of the estab- lished method was 2.34 ng/ml ( S/N =3 ). The half maximal inhibitory concentration( IC50 ) was 32.36 ng/ml, de- tection range 5.75 - 181.97 ng/ml, and detection time less than 30 min. The recovery rate ranged from 98.4% to 104.2% and relative standard deviation was 1.9%. Conclusion The established detection method for atrazine in water is sensitive, accurate, and precise.
