军人急性心理应激模型的构建

摘　　要：目的探讨应激源与军人急性心理应激反应之间存在的中介因素,以及诸中介因素对军人急性心理应激反应的影响和具体作用路径,为部队测量、选拔、培养军人具备良好的应激心理素质提供理论依据。方法用心理测验法和实验法调查683名被试的心理中介因素和急性心理应激反应情况,运用结构方程模型技术构建军人急性心理应激模型。结果首先提出纯理论假设模型:战场应激源通过心理健康、人格特征,再分别通过战争认知、应对方式、自信(自我效能)影响军人急性心理应激反应。经验证纯理论假设模型数据拟合较差,不能被接受。依据影响因素与急性应激的相关矩阵及MMPI各因子间的相关矩阵,逐步修改评估理论模型,最终得到模型的各种数据指标为:均方根残差RMR=0.04、卡方值与自由度的比值χ2/df=0.88、拟合优度GFI=0.98、校正的拟合优度AGFI=0.95、标准拟合指数NFI=0.94、比较拟合指数CFI=1.00、差别拟合指数IFI=1.10。结论最后确定的模型数据拟合佳。该模型揭示了战场应激源、心理中介因素(心理健康、个性特征、应对方式、战争认知、自我效能)、军人急性心理应激反应三者间的影响及具体作用路径。Objective To explore the psychological mediators between stressor and acute psychological stress response, and their role in the pathway, so as to provide the basis for selecting qualified military personnel and guiding mental quality training. Methods Five mediators were assessed by relevant questionnaires, and acute psychological stress response was measured by means of designing an experiment in 683 freshmen of military colle- ges. Based on the data obtained, acute stress psychological response model was established by structural equation modeling technique. Results A theoretical stress model was proposed that war stressor influenced the acute stress psychological response through mediators（ mental health, personality features, self-efficiency, war cognition, cop- ing style）. The theoretical stress model was confirmed that their goodness of fit was poor, so the model was modified and evaluated three times, based on two correlation matrixes obtained from the previous experiment. Indexes of the final model obtained were： RMR=0.04,X2/df=0. 88, GFI=0. 98, AGFI=0. 95, NFI=0. 94, CFI= 1.00, IFI= 1.10. Conclusion All these indexes showed that the goodness of fit of the final model was satisfactory. The model revealed the relationship of interaction, and interaction pathway among war stressors, acute stress psychological re- sponse, and mediators （mental health, personality features, self-confidence, war cognition, coping style）.
