摘 要:现代汉语中"时不时"和"动不动"都是表中等频率义副词,两词在句法功能上有很多共同点,但在语义、句法、语用方面也有很大差异。句法上,二者在谓语的词性、后加"地"、在句中的位置、主语的人称、否定式的意义、可进入的祈使句的类型等方面都有差别。"动不动"可以提示"反预期事件"或"反预期频率",而"时不时"没有这样的功能。另外,"动不动"常含有"轻易"、"随意"、"轻率"的意味,有明显的主观性,口语色彩明显,"时不时"没有明显的主观性,口语色彩也不明显。In modern Chinese, "shi bu shi" and "dong bu dong" are middle frequency adverbs, which have many same aspects in grammar. Both of them can act as predicates in a sentence showing the frequency of action, things or situation, followed by a single verb, a phrase or a compound sentence. Both of them can be used with double verbs, and be used behand other frequency advers when appear with other frequency advers. "Dong bu dong" and"jingchang" differ from each other a lot in sematics, syntax, and pragmatics. "dong bu dong" means unexpected things or unexpected frequency. In syntax, they are different in predicate, used before "de", the pe- sition in a sentence, person for subject,the meaning of negtive form, the type of imperative sentence which they can appear. "dongbud- ong" always contend "easily", meanings, expressing strong subjectivity. "dongbudong" often appears in spoken chinese, but " shibushi" appears in both spoken chinese and written chinese.
