摘　　要：从老年性痴呆的预防、生活护理、饮食护理、对症护理及中医特色护理5个方面综述了老年性痴呆病人的中西医结合护理现状,提出中医特色护理在老年性痴呆病人预防和康复中的独特优势。It reviewed the status quo of integrated traditional and western care of senile dementia patients from 5 aspects of prevention, life care, di- et care,symptomatic care and TCM features care of senile dementia pa- tients,and it put forward the unique advantages of TCM features care in prevention and rehabilitation of senile dementia patients.
