摘　　要：目的:探讨老年患者心电监护下种植手术的护理配合要点。方法:对66例老年患者在心电监护下行种植牙手术,全程对患者进行护理和宣教。结果:本研究中的所有病例均顺利完成种植牙手术。结论:心电监护下种植是一种安全有效的方法,护理是心电监护手术的重要组成部分,对降低手术风险具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate nursing handles for implant operation of elderly patients under ECG monitoring. Methods 66 cases of elderly patients were opreated under ECG monitoring. All the patients were nursed and educated in all the management. Results All of the case studies were successfully completed. Conclusion Implantation under ECG monitor is safe and effective. Nursing is one of important parts for implantation under ECG monitor, and has positive significance for reducing the risk of operation.
