摘　　要：目的:探索一种治疗大面积脱发的理想方法。方法:分别用FUT(follicle unit transplantation)技术切取梭形头皮条,用FUE(follicle unit extraction)技术于枕部散在提取毛囊,然后分离毛囊周围多余组织,用宝石刀在脱发区打孔后,用移植笔将分离好的毛囊植入脱发区。结果:60例通过本方法治疗的患者均达到了理想的植发效果。结论:FUT+FUE治疗大面积脱发是一种较理想的方法,值得推广。Objective To explore an ideal method for the treatment of large area of hair loss. Methods Chipping the spindle of the scalp separately in FUT （follicle unit transplantation） technology; and extract the hair follicles all over the occipital in FUE （follicle unit extraction） technology.Then separating excess tissue around hair follicles.Implantation pen will separate good hair follicle hair loss area after punch in the hair loss area with a precious stones knife. Results 60 cases of patients treated by this method achieves the ideal effect of hair. Conclusion FUT ＋ FUE treatment of large area of hair loss is a kind of ideal method,is worth promoting.
