子宫捆绑术应用于子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：观察子宫捆绑术治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法：对我院妇产科2012-01-09住院分娩中14例发生子宫收缩乏力性产后出血病例采用了子宫捆绑术进行治疗，观察其止血效果。结果：取得了良好的止血效果，保留了子宫，无其他并发症发生。结论：子宫捆绑术具有操作简单、手术时问短、止血迅速可靠、损伤小、恢复快、副反应小及保留子宫等优点，应将子宫捆绑术作为防止产后出血的常规手术进行推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of B Lynch brace suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue. Methods： From Jan to Sep 2012,there were 14 cases of postpar tum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue and were treated by B Lynch brace suture, the data were ret rospectively analyzed. Results：The good hemostatic effect was obtained and uterus were not removed with no obvi ous complications. Conclusion： B Lynch brace suture is simple, quick, easy to operate with reliable hemostatic effect, little injury and rapid recovery, which should be applied as a routine surgery for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.
