摘　　要：目的 探讨经食管超声心动图引导下介入治疗房间隔缺损幼儿的有效性和安全性。 方法 入选单纯房间隔缺损患者20例，年龄（4.2±1.2）岁，体质量（18.2±4.2）kg，房间隔缺损直径（13.4±3.3）mm。患者均仅在经食管超声心动图引导下行房间隔缺损封堵术。封堵器置入后，采用经食管超声心动图评价即刻手术效果。 结果 20例患者均成功置入封堵器，封堵器直径14～26 mm。患者均未发生残余分流、外周血管损伤及心脏穿孔等并发症。呼吸机通气时间为（2.9±0.8）h，住院时间为（3.2±0.7）d。 结论 经食管超声心动图引导下介入治疗房间隔缺损幼儿不仅能避免X线损伤，而且有效、安全。Objective To assess the safety and effectiveness of pereutaneous transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect （ASD） under transesophageal eehoeardiography （TEE） guidance in children. Methods The study included 20 cases of patients with ASD. The patients were （4. 2 ± 1.2） years old and the mean body weights were （18.2 ±4.2） kg. The diameter of ASD before closure was （13.4 ±3.3） mm .All procedures were guided under TEE. Procedure success was evaluated by TEE immediately after proeedure. Results Closure devices were successfully implanted in all 20 patients under TEE guidance. The diameter of elosure devices was 14 -26 mm. There were no procedure related eomplieations. The ventilation time was （ 2.9 ± 0. 8 ） h and the hospitalization time was （ 3.2 ± 0. 7 ） days. Conclusion TEE guided percutaneous transcatheter closure is safe and effective tor patients with ASD and avoids the radiation damages.
