摘 要:目的探讨低场四肢专用MR对膝关节软骨损伤的诊断价值。方法收集我院经关节镜证实膝关节软骨损伤79例,全部病例均行低场强四肢专用MRI常规检查,对照分析膝关节软骨损伤的MRI表现和关节镜结果。结果低场MRI对软骨损伤诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为84%、86%、85%。结论低场四肢专用MRI对膝关节软骨损伤诊断有一定价值。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of low-field MRI in detecting articular cartilage lesions in knee joint. Methods 79 patients with kneejoint diseases were routinely underwent low-field MRI examinationm, and the diagnosis results were compared with those of arthroscopy examinationm. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of low-field MRI in detecting articular cartilage lesions were 83.8% ,86% ,85% respectively. Conclusion Low-field MRI can be used to diagnose articular cartilage diseases in knee joint with good diagnostic value.
