摘  要:新生代农民工相比第一代农民工职业流动更加频繁,表现出明显的代际差异,被部分学者概括为"三高一低"特征,即受教育程度高、职业期望高、物质和精神享受要求高但工作耐受能力低。本文利用全国性的农民工调查数据,通过对两代农民工职业流动代际差异的Oaxaca-Blinder分解发现,"三高一低"特征不足以解释两代农民工职业流动的代际差异,新生代农民工相比第一代农民工职业流动更加频繁的主要原因在于其群体未婚比例高,子女数量少,家庭负担小,且更加注重职业的发展空间,希望通过职业的向上流动实现自我提升。The new-generation migrant workers flow more frequently than the first-generation migrant workers.Some scholars summarized the characteristics of the new-generation migrant workers as 'three high and one low' ——high level of education、high career expectations、high material exceptions and low career tolerance.Based on the data from a national survey,this paper uses Oaxaca-blinder decomposition model to analyze the intergenerational differences of occupational mobility.The result of Oaxaca-blinder decomposition show that the characteristic of 'three high and one low' is not enough to explain the intergenerational differences of occupational mobility.The new-generation migrant workers flow more frequently than the first-generation migrant workers due to their high proportion of unmarried group.Most of the new-generation has no children and their family burden is lightened.They expect to have better prospects of promotion in their occupation through occupational mobility.
