摘　　要：创业意愿是农民实施创业行为的基础和前提。本文考察金融环境、政策支持与农民创业意愿之间的逻辑联系,以便对"在什么情况下农民更愿意成为创业者"给予合理的解释。研究结果表明,农村地区良好的金融环境能增强农民信贷的可获性,减少资金约束,从而激发农民的创业意愿;政策支持能减少农民创业的交易成本,降低创业风险,从而提升他们的创业意愿。研究还发现,年龄、性别、文化程度、风险偏好、创业榜样对农民创业意愿有显著影响,即年纪越轻,文化程度越高,风险偏好越强,农民创业意愿越强;男性农民的创业意愿比女性更强;创业榜样能显著激发农民的创业热情,增强其创业意愿。Entrepreneurial willingness is the basis and prerequisite for the implementation of peasants' entrepreneurial behaviors.In order to give a reasonable answer for the question in which circumstances are peasants more likely to become entrepreneurs,this paper examines the logical relationships among the financial environment,policy support and the entrepreneurial willingness.The results show that the good financial environment in rural areas can significantly enhance the peasants' credit availability,reduce capital constraints,and thus inspire peasants' entrepreneurial willingness.And policy support may decrease the transaction costs of peasants' entrepreneurial activities,reduce their risk,and enhance their entrepreneurial willingness.The results also show that peasants' entrepreneurial willingness is influenced by age,gender,educational level,risk preference and entrepreneurship example.The male,young peasants and the peasants who have higher education level and more risk preference have stronger entrepreneurial willingness.And the entrepreneurship example can stimulate peasants' entrepreneurial enthusiasm and enhance their entrepreneurial willingness.
