摘 要:采用试片悬挂转动的方法模拟水造粒硫磺成型过程,通过腐蚀失重、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析和XRD分析,研究了温度和位置因素对20号钢在水造粒硫磺颗粒成型过程中的腐蚀特征。结果表明,20号钢在水造粒硫磺颗粒成型过程中腐蚀很严重,腐蚀速率介于1.1114~5.9623mm/a之间,远远超过了含硫气田腐蚀控制标准0.075mm/a。试片表面至少形成两层腐蚀产物膜,主要为氧化铁和硫化亚铁,高温和冲刷会加快腐蚀速率。建议现场硫磺成型过程中尽量避免使用20号钢,并定期进行检测。The method of rotating the suspended metal samples was used to simulate the water granulation sulfur solidification process. Corrosion weight loss method, scanning electron microscopy, EDS and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the corrosion characteristics of 20# steel in the process which was influenced by temperature and position. The results show that 20# steel corroded severely in the process, the corrosion rate was between 1. 111 4 mm/a and 5. 962 3 mm/ a, and high temperature and erosion would accelerate the rat〈 Two layers of corrosion products were formed on the surface of 20# steel. The main components of the layers were Fe2O3 and FeS. 20# steel is not suitable for sulfur solidification process. So, to avoid using 20# steel in the process is necessary and the process should be inspected regularly.
