摘　　要：华山先生是20世纪五六十年代山东大学卓有名望的一位历史学者,在多个学术领域均有建树,其中以宋辽金元社会经济史的研究最为突出,对宋金政治史、中国思想史和封建土地所有制、农民战争、资本主义萌芽等重要理论问题的研究也有重大学术影响,其论著至今仍广为学界征引和称道。先生有很高的马克思主义理论素养,理论与考据较为完美的结合是其论著的重要特色。在学术批评上集直率与平和于一身,充分体现了先生的高尚人格及大家风范。Hua Shan was a prestigious historian in Shandong University during the 1950sand 1960s.He was widely accomplished in many academic fields,especially in the studies of social economics of the Song,Liao,Jin,and Yuan Dynasties.He had a significant impact on the research of political history during the Song and Jin Dynasties,the Chinese history of thought,as well as important theoretical problems such as land ownership,peasant war,and capitalism in China.His works is still widely cited and highly praised.He was well versed in Marxist theory,and an important characteristic of his work was the seemless combination of theory and textual research. The coexistence of frankness and gentleness in his academic work fully reflected his upright character and academic style.
