摘  要:通过女贞子提取物对运动训练大鼠不同组织抗氧化酶水平和运动能力的影响,探讨女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力的作用机制.结果显示:6周后安静对照组在安静时、运动对照组和运动女贞子组进行一次力竭性运动后取材,测定不同组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.运动女贞子组大鼠不同组织T-AOC、T-SOD、CAT活性与运动对照组比较均有显著升高(P<0.05);运动女贞子组大鼠不同组织MDA含量与运动对照组比较均有显著降低(P<0.05).运动女贞子组大鼠运动至力竭时间比运动对照组延长23.09%.表明补充女贞子提取物可以调节大鼠不同组织中抗氧化酶活性,减少MDA的生成,延长运动至疲劳的时间.Impact of Ligustrum lucidum extract on antioxidant enzymes and athletic ability of different tissues for training rats and the mechanism of Ligustrum lucidum extract on rat athletic a- bility were explored. Six weeks later, samples were taken after an exhaustive exercise for the quiet control group in a quiet,exercise control group and Ligustrum lucidum group in movement,respec- tively. The total antioxidant capacity (T--AOC) of different tissues,the total superoxide dismutase activity (T--SOD),and antioxidant enzyme activity such as catalase (CAT) as well as malondialde- hyde (MDA) content are determined. Compared with exercise control group, the T--AOC, T-- SOD,CAT activity of different tissues for rats is significantly increased (P^0.05). MDA content of different tissues for rats with Ligustrum lucidum is all significantly decreased (P^0.05). The ex- haustive time of exercise rats with Ligustrum lucidum is longer by 23.09~ than that of the exercise control group. These results showed that the supplementation of Ligustrurn lucidum extract can regulate the antioxidant enzyme activity of different tissues in rats as well as reduce the generation of MDA so as to extend the time of the movement to fatigue.
