摘 要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要单体合成了不同玻璃化转变温度(T g)的核壳型聚丙烯酸酯抗冲击改性剂(ACR),将其干燥后增韧聚乳酸(PLA),研究了ACR的核、壳两层T g对PLA/ACR力学性能的影响。结果表明,ACR壳层T g不变的情况下,随着核层T g的降低,PLA/ACR共混物的缺口冲击强度先升高后降低,当核层T g为–46℃时增韧效果最好,PLA/ACR共混物的冲击强度较纯PLA提高了3倍,拉伸性能较纯PLA下降幅度不大;ACR核层T g不变的情况下,壳层T g的变化对PLA/ACR共混物的力学性能影响不大。Impact modifier ofpolyacrylate impact modifier (ACR) with different glass transition temperature (Tg) were prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion copolymerization using butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as main monomers, which were used to toughen polylactic acid (PLA) after drying. The effect of Tg of core and shell layer of ACR on mechanical properties of PLA/ACR were studied. The results show that keeping Tg of ACR shell unchanged, the impact strength of PLA/ ACR is first increased and then decreased as decreasing of Tg of core. When Tg of ACR core is -46℃, the impact strength of PLA / ACR is increased about 3 times than that of neat PLA, while tensile properties of PLA is little changed, which is the optimal one for toughening PLA. The change of Tg of shell has no influence on mechanical properties of PLA/ACR when Tg of ACR core unchanged.
