摘  要:通过准静态下的拉伸试验获得深冲无间隙钢B170P1和烘烤硬化钢B180H1的冲压性能参数,对不同宽度的钢板进行静态拉伸试验和杯突试验,获得两种钢板在准静态下的成形极限图;采用间接加工方式,对两种钢板进行了电磁胀形试验,分析了驱动片厚度、放电电压和放电电容对成形的影响规律;比较了准静态和电磁间接成形两种条件下烘烤硬化钢B180H1和深冲无间隙钢B170P1的成形极限图;分析了高速率成形对B170P1钢和B180H1钢成形性能的影响。Stamping performance parameters of deep blunt no clearance steel B170P1 and bake-hardening steel B180H1 were obtained through the standard static tensile experiments.Forming limit diagrams of two kinds of steel at the standard static were obtained through the static stretching experiments and cupping test with plates of different widths.Electromagnetic bulging experiment was conducted by indirect process and the influence law of thickness of driving plate,discharging voltage and discharge capacitance on forming was analysed.The forming limit diagrams of B180H1 and B170P1 steel at the standard static and electromagnetic indirect forming were compared. The influence of high rate forming on the forming properties of B170P1 steel and steel B180H1 was studied.
