摘  要:为研究生精冲剂对精子发生的作用,我们随机将30只雄性SD大鼠分为正常组、药物组和对照组。后2组通过腹腔注射白消安制备成生精障碍模型大鼠。药物组每天灌胃生精冲剂,对照组灌胃等量的生理盐水。连续30 d后,测定血清FSH、LH、T水平和睾丸组织切片观察的结果显示,药物组大鼠血清中3种激素的水平与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),并可在睾丸组织切片的曲细精管中,观察到大量的精原细胞和圆形精子细胞,而对照组中只有少量的精原细胞,半定量RT-PCR分析结果表明,生精冲剂促进了GDNF表达。因此,生精冲剂对精子发生有明显的促进作用。In order to observe the effects of Chinese medicine soluble granule of Shengjing on spermatogenesis, 30 SD male rats were used and randomly divided into 3 groups, namely normal, drug and control group. The rats of drug and control groups were treated with busulfan intraperitoneally to prepare the model rats of spermatogenic impairment. The rats of drug group were then administrated by gavage with soluble granule of Shengjing, and the rats of control group were administrated with the equal amount of physielogical saline every day for 30 days. The results of detecting the blood lev- els of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) by enzyme linked immu- nosorbent assay (ELISA) indicated that the levels of FSH,LH and T in serum of the drug group were obviously higher than these of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; and the results of testis tissue slice observation showed that a lot of sper- matogonia and spermatid were in testis slices of the drug group, and small amount of spermatogonia in control group. The semi-qualitative-RT-PCR revealed that the expression of GDNF ( Glial cell-derived neurotrophie factor) gene was higher than the control group. These results suggested that the soluble granule of Shengjing obviously promoted spermatogenesis of the model rats.
