四川畜牧业发展循环经济的SWOT分析

摘　　要：畜牧业是四川国民经济的基础产业,是农民增收和保障农产品供给的重要支柱。通过近几年的局部试点,四川循环型畜禽养殖标准化、规模化、良种化水平显著提升,现代畜牧业发展迈上新台阶。结合"十一五"以来四川畜牧业循环经济发展情况,运用SWOT分析法,对四川省"十二五"时期畜牧业循环经济发展存在的优势与劣势、面临的机会与挑战进行系统分析,并对进一步推进畜牧业循环经济发展的对策措施提出了建议。Animal husbandry is the basic industry of the national economy in Sichuan Province, it is also the important pillars of the peasants＇ income increase and the supply of agricultural products. By local pilots in recent years, Sichuan-circular standardization, scale, improved levels of livestock increases significantly, modem livestock industry develops to a new level. With the ＂Eleven-Five＂ situation of circular economy development of animal husbandry in Sichuan province, by SWOT analysis, Sichuan Province ＂Twelve-Five＂ advantages and disadvantages of the development of circular economy of animal husbandry, the opportunities and challenges are systematically analyzed in this article, and the suggestion for the development of circular economy of animal husbandry are promoted.
