低碳经济下提升装备制造业创新能力的路径研究——以河北唐山为例

摘　　要：装备制造业是国民经济的基础,伴随低碳经济的到来,低碳发展已成为我国装备制造业可持续发展的重大挑战,而创新能力的提升是装备制造业节能减排、低碳发展的根本出路。本文以河北省唐山市为例,在对其装备制造业创新能力现状及制约因素进行分析的基础上,提出了在低碳经济下装备制造业创新能力提升的对策建议。Equipment manufacturing industry is the basis of the national economy. Low-carbon development has become the major challenges of sustainable development of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry with the arrival of low- carbon economy. So the ability of innovation is the fundamental way out of the equipment manufacturing industry energy conservation and low-carbon development. Take Tangshan for example, this paper propose some countermeasures and suggestions for promotion the equipment manufacturing industry＇s innovation ability in the low-carbon economy based on the analysis of the innovation ability of manufacturing industry present situation and restriction factors.
