摘 要:以4种不同浓度的柱花草Stylosanthes guianensis浸出液根施荔枝幼苗,观测荔枝幼苗生长的情况。结果表明,4种浓度柱花草浸出液对荔枝幼苗生长均有促进作用;柱花草浸出液处理可使荔枝植株增高,叶片增多,叶面积增大,叶片叶绿素相对含量和全氮、全磷和全钾的含量增加;柱花草浸出液25.0mg/mL处理效果最佳。Four different concentrations of aqueous extracts of Stylosanthes guianensis were applied to the roots of litchi seedlings in order to investigate their effects on growth of litchi seedling. The results showed that all the four concentrations of extracts of Stylosanthes guianensis promoted the growth of litchi seedlings. The extracts could increase the height of litchi plants, as well as the number and the area of leaves. The content of SPAD, total N, P and K contents were also increased. The 25.0 mg/mL of extracts had the best effect on growth of the seedlings.
