摘  要:模拟人工渗滤系统处理不同盐度的污水,考察了盐度对人工渗滤系统脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,系统对总氮的去除率随盐度的升高而下降,当进水盐度分别为0、0.5%、1%、1.5%和2%时,对总氮的平均去除率分别为95%、92%、89%、73%、68%;各系统出水TN浓度分别为(1.66±0.49)、(2.81±0.71)、(3.86±0.87)、(8.87±0.71)、(10.5±0.92)mg/L。在0~1%的低盐度范围内,渗滤系统中的硝化细菌受到的影响较小,出水中有亚硝酸盐积累,耐盐的氨氧化细菌(AOB)能较好地适应盐度的冲击,而亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(NOB)受到明显的抑制。在1.5%~2%的高盐度范围内,渗滤系统出水总氮主要为氨氮,AOB和反硝化茵(DNB)均受到明显的抑制作用,系统硝化过程很不稳定,反硝化进程可能为亚硝酸盐型反硝化。通过MPN法测得低盐度下各渗滤系统AOB有小幅度减少,但NOB却急剧减少;高盐度下各渗滤系统的AOB、NOB均明显减少。Wastewater with different salinity levels was treated by five simulated artificial infiltration systems, and the influence of salinity on nitrogen removal effect of the artificial infiltration systems was investigated. The results showed that TN removal decreased with increasing salinity, and the average removal rates of TN were 95%, 92%, 89%, 73% and 68%, respectively when the influent salinity levels were 0, 0. 5% , 1% , 1.5% and 2% , respectively. The TN concentrations in the effluent were (1.66±0.49) mg/L, (2.81 ±0.71) mg/L, (3.86±0.87) mg/L, (8.87±0.71) mg/L and (10.5 ±0.92) mg/L, respectively. In the low salinity range of 0 to 1%, the nitrifying bacteria in the infiltra- tion system were little affected. There was nitrite accumulation in the effluent. Salt-tolerant ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) could better adapt to salinity impact, while nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) were significantly inhibited. In the high salinity range of 1.5% to 2% , TN in the effluent from the infiltration systems was mainly composed of ammonia nitrogen, while AOB and denitrifying bacteria (DNB) were both significantly inhibited: The system nitrification process was very unstable, and the denitrification process was possibly nitrite denitrification. The MPN results showed that in the infiltration systems, the amount of AOB was slightly reduced, but the amount of NOB was drastically reduced at low salinity. Both were significantly reduced at high salinity.
