摘 要:采用规模为25 m3/d的CAST现场中试装置,通过32析因试验进行了应对有机冲击的调控技术研究,调控因子为充水比和污泥回流比,以进水COD值为污水厂设计进水COD值的2倍时中试装置的出水水质作为响应因子。冲击时出水COD浓度升高(p<0.01)且达不到一级B排放标准,但对出水氮、磷等指标的影响不显著。调节充水比和污泥回流比可降低冲击负荷对出水水质的影响(p<0.01),充水比呈正效应而污泥回流比呈负效应,且充水比的效应值高于污泥回流比。当充水比为15%时采用30%的回流比可保证出水水质达标,但当充水比为25%和35%时,需要70%的回流比才能保证出水水质达标。通过降低充水比和提高污泥回流比可应对有机冲击对CAST工艺运行的影响,但此调控策略需统筹考虑污水厂的实时进水量和污泥回流设备的工况,并结合曝气系统的工作模式,以获得最佳的综合调控效果。An in situ factorial experiment was carried out using a pilot-scale CAST reactor with capacity of 25 m3/d for coping with organic shock loads. The adjustment factors were influent ratio and sludge recycle ratio, and the response factors were the effluent quality parameters of the pilot-scale CAST reactor operated with double influent COD concentration of that designed for WWTP. The effluent COD concentration was affected by the shock loads (p 〈 0.01 ), and did not meet the first level B discharge criteria. Effluent ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and other indexes were not affected. The adjustment of influent ratio and sludge recycle ratio could reduce the influence of shock loads (p 〈0.01 ) on the effluent quality, showing positive and negative effects respectively. Adjusting the influent ratio produced a stronger effect than adjusting the recycle ratio. At influent ratio of 15%, the effluent quality met the discharge standards using sludge recycle ratio of 30%. At influent ratios of 25% and 35%, the effluent quality met the discharge standards using sludge recycle ratio of 70%. The influence of organic shock loads on the operation of CAST reactor could be minimized by reducing the influent ratio and increasing the sludge recycle ratio. However, this strategy needs to be integrated with the real-time influent rate, the sludge recycle equipment capacity and the working modes of aerators to achieve an optimum effect.
