HPLC法同时测定龙血竭片中龙血素A、龙血素B和白藜芦醇的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定龙血竭片中龙血素A、龙血素B和白藜芦醇含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸（梯度洗脱）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μl。结果：龙血素A、龙血素B和白藜芦醇进样量分别在0.02-0.64、0.02-0.73、0.02-0.70μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 1、0.999 1、0.999 8）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均≤1.8%;平均加样回收率分别为101.8%、103.2%、104.2%,RSD分别为1.8%、0.6%、0.8%（n=6）。结论：该法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,适用于龙血竭片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the content of loureirin A,loureirin B and resveratrol in Longxuejie tablet.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid（gradient elution）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.The sample size was 10 μl.RESULTS：The linear ranges were 0.02-0.64 μg for loureirin A（r=0.999 1）,0.02-0.73 μg for loureirin B（r=0.999 1）and 0.02-0.70 μg for resveratrol（r=0.999 8）,respectively.The average recoveries were 101.8% for loureirin A（RSD=1.8%,n=6）,103.2% for loureirin B（RSD=0.6%,n=6）and 104.2% for resveratrol（RSD=0.8%,n=6）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Longxuejie tablet.
