摘  要:目的:建立同时测定复方丹参片中5种酚酸类成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:以丹参素钠为内标,建立其与丹参素、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸B的相对校正因子,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,计算丹参素、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸B的含量,实现一测多评。结果:建立的相对校正因子重现性良好,采用相对校正因子计算的含量与外标法实测值无显著性差异。结论:一测多评法用于复方丹参片中酚酸类成分的含量测定是可行的。Objective: To develop a new method for simultaneous determination of five phenolic acids in Fufang Danshen tablets and validate its feasibility. Methods: Five phenolic acids, namely danshensu, protocate- ehuic aldehyde, rosmarinie acid, purple acid and salvianolic acid B, were selected as analytes to evaluate the qual- ity of Fufang Danshen tablets. The relative correction factors (RCF) of sodium danshensu to the five phenolic acids were calculated. The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) method. Results: No significant differences were found in the quantitative results of five phenolic acids between external standard method and QAMS method. Conclusion: The described QAMS method is feasible and accurate, and can be used for the quality con- trol of Fufang Danshen tablets.
