美罗培南致重症大疱型药疹2例及文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨美罗培南所致药品不良反应的一般规律和临床特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:报道应用美罗培南导致重症大疱型药疹2例,并检索1994-2012年间国内外医药期刊公开报道的美罗培南致不良反应的病例,进行统计分析。结果:个案报道仅检索到12例,因重症药疹死亡1例。美罗培南致不良反应发生率低,其不良反应以皮肤损害为主。结论:临床应高度重视美罗培南引起重症药疹的不良反应,加强临床观察,确保用药安全。Objective：To discuss the general principles and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reac- tions （ADR） induced by meropenem in order to provide references for rational use of meropenem. Methods：Two patients with severe bullous drug eruptions induced by meropenem were reported. Literature of meropenem-induced ADR reported in domestic and overseas pharmaceutical journals from 1994 to 2012 were retrieved and analyzed. Results：Only 12 case reports were collected with one patient died by severe drug eruptions. Meropenem rarely caused ADR, and most of meropenem-induced ADR were skin lesions. Conclusion：More attention should be paid to the severe drug eruptions induced by meropenem to ensure its rational use.
