摘 要:大学生就业问题一直被政府和高校密切关注。由于受专业、高校影响力、行业需求、自身素质等诸多因素影响,出现了一些高校学生为了生存而选择就业,而另一些高校学生为实现自身价值而选择高质量就业的不均现象。欲解决这种大学生就业不均衡的现象,促进大学生高质量就业,必须先弄清何为高质量就业。为此,需要从分析影响大学生高质量就业标准的要素入手,建立高质量就业标准模型,进而界定高质量就业的评判标准。Government and universities have been prod ctose attenuon to me issue ot unuc~,~uu,~L~ employment. Many factors affect the employment of college graduates, such as major, college influence, needs of the industry and students'own quality.As a result of that, some college students are still looking for jobs in order to survive.While some other college students have begun to choose high-end or high-quality employment to realize their own values. This phenomenon is called employment inequality. To solve the employment inequality problem for college students and help them in achieving high-quality employment,we need to understand what is the high-quality employment.For this reason, we analyzed several elements of high-quality employment standards first and built a high-quality standards model, and then defined the high-quality employment evaluation criteria.
