摘  要:本试验旨在研究紫外线照射对肉仔鸡免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。选取144只健康1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分成3个光照处理组,每组4个重复,3个光照处理组是在普通光照的基础上每天分别累计补充0(对照组)、2 h和4 h人工紫外线照射。试验期为42 d,在第21天和第42天时采集血样。结果表明:21 d时,紫外线对肉仔鸡血清新城疫抗体滴度、IgA、IgM、IgG、sCD4等免疫指标及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等抗氧化指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),但4 h/d紫外线照射组的sCD8含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);42 d时,与对照组相比,2个紫外线处理组的新城疫抗体滴度显著提高(P<0.05),IgA和sCD8含量则显著降低(P<0.05);2 h/d紫外线照射组GSH-Px含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SOD含量则极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);4 h/d紫外线照射组的IgG含量显著高于对照组和2 h/d紫外线照射组(P<0.05)。由此可见,紫外线照射可对肉仔鸡的免疫及抗氧化功能产生一定影响。This experiment was designed to study the influence of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on immune and antioxidant function in broilers. A total of 144 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated to 3 light treatments with 4 replicates in each treatment. Three light treatments were respectively supplemented cumulatively with 0 (control group), 2 and 4 h of artificial UV radiation on the basis of ordinary light per day. The experimental period was 42 days and blood samples were got on 21 days and 42 days. The results showed that UV had no significant effect on Newcastle disease antibody titers, serum immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin G, sCD4, SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in broilers on 21 days (P〉0.05). But the contents of sCD8 in 4 h-UV treatment was significantly lower than those in the other two treatments (P〈0.05). However, on 42 days, the UV treatments significantly improved the Newcastle disease antibody titers of broilers compared to the control (P〈0.05), while the contents of immunoglobulin A and sCD8 were significantly lower than those of the control (P〈0.05). The serum GSH-Px content of 2 h-UV treatment was significantly higher (P〈0.05), while its serum SOD content was significantly lower (P〈0.01) than that of the control. The serum immunoglobulin G level of 4 h-UV treatment was significantly higher than the control and 2 h- UV treatment (P〈0.05). The results of the study suggested that a certain degree of UV radiation could affect the immune and antioxidant function in broilers.
