摘 要:以活性炭为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2负载型活性炭,采用电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪对催化剂进行表征,TiO2负载型活性炭晶体结构牢固,为锐钛矿。在苯酚质量浓度为600mg/L、30 000mg/L Na2SO4为支持电解质、恒流泵、电流密度30A/m2、流速0.6L/h的条件下对模拟废水进行连续处理,研究TiO2负载型活性炭对COD、平均电流效率和电耗的影响。结果表明,填料为TiO2负载型活性炭比填料为活性炭的最终出水COD去除率提高6.45百分点,平均电流效率提高10百分点,电耗下降7.20kW·h/kg,说明TiO2负载型活性炭有较高的电流利用率且催化活性较高。进一步说明,在一定的浓度范围内,TiO2负载型活性炭能更有效降解苯酚废水。TiO2 loaded activated carbon was prepared by solgel method for electrocatalytic oxidation of phenol in wastewater. The catalyst was characterized by SEM and XRD results showed that the TiO2 loaded activated car bon was anatase with firm structure. Adjusting the target phenol in simulated wastewater was 600 rag/L, adding 30 000 mg/L of Na2 SO4 as supporting electrolyte,the phenol wastewater was continuous pumping in electrochemical reactor by constant flow pump. The simulated wastewater was treated under 30 A/m2 of current density and 0.6 L/h of velocity, the effect of TiO2 loaded activated carbon on COD removal,current efficiency and the energy consumption was investigated. The experimental results revealed that the TiOz loaded active carbon had higher current utilization and eatalytic activity. When the electroehemical reactor was packing with TiO2 loaded activated carbon, the final COD removal rate was increased by 6.45 percentage points, current efficiency was increased by 10 percentage points, energy consumption was decreased by 7.20 kW . h/kg. It could be conclude that activated carbon loaded by TiO2 was superi or to raw active carbon in phenol degradation in a certain concentration range.
