摘　　要：目的编制评价头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗期间舒适度的量表,并进行信效度检验。方法采用深度访谈、文献回顾和德尔菲法,拟定头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者舒适状况初量表条目。然后选取180例接受放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者进行预调查。采用项目分析、探索性因子分析、相关性分析、内部一致性检验、折半信度分析、内容效度等对量表进行评价。结果初步形成36个条目,经初步主观筛选、项目分析、探索性因子分析后删除7个条目。探索性因子分析提取了4个公因子,累积贡献率为73.50%。Cronbach'sα系数为0.851,折半系数为0.914,不同放疗阶段患者舒适水平差异具有统计学意义,具有较好的区分效度。结论量表信效度良好,可作为评价头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗期间舒适水平及舒适干预效果的测量工具。Objective To develop the Radiotherapy Comfort Questionnaire（RCQ） for patients with head and neck neoplasms and test its reliability and validity. Methods Depth interview,literature review and two-round Delphi consultation were performed to identify items of the questionnaire. Totally 180 patients undergoing radiotherapy were investigated by this questionnaire. Results A 36-item questionnaire was originally developed and seven of them were deleted after subjective screening, project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Four factors were extracted with cumulative contribution rate of 73.50%. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient was 0.851 and the split-half coefficient was 0.914. The comfort scores of patients in different stages of radiotherapy were significantly different. Conclusions The Radiotherapy Comfort Questionnaire is proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used to assess the comfort level of patients with head and neck neoplasms during radiotherapy.
