紫外光-核黄素角膜胶原交联术治疗57例真菌性角膜溃疡的护理

摘　　要：总结了57例紫外光-核黄素角膜胶原交联术联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的护理配合。护理重点包括:完善术前检查及患者教育;术中严格执行无菌操作,密切配合手术;术后严密观察病情,适当控制疼痛,并加强抗真菌药物治疗。所有患者均顺利完成全程治疗,无术后护理并发症。This paper summarizes .the nursing care of 57 patients with fungal corneal ulcer treated by ultraviolet Mriboflavin eoraeal collagen cross-linking combined with antifungal agents. The key points in nursing were careful preoperative preparations and health education, strict intraoperative aseptic techniques and active cooperation with the surgeons, close postoperative observation of patients＇ condition, proper pain management, and intensive treatment with antifungal agents. All patients completed the whole process of treatment without postoperative complications.
