儿童和青少年白血病患儿治疗期生活质量现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解处于治疗阶段的白血病儿童和青少年的生活质量现状及相关因素．为提高其生活质量提供依据。方法便利选取上海市和成都市共4家儿童医院8～18岁的149例白血病患儿为研究对象，应用一般资料调查表、儿童生活质量普适性量表（PedsQLTM4．0）和癌症特异性量表（PedsQLTM3．0）进行调查。结果儿童和青少年的普适性生活质量总分为（68．88±15．10）分，其中社会功能维度得分最高，学校功能维度得分最低，影响因素为监护人的文化程度和7d内体力不好的天数：癌症特异性生活质量总分为（68．95±16．48）分，其中恶心维度得分最低，交流维度得分最高，影响因素为7d内睡眠不好的天数。结论临床工作者应关注儿童自我报告的生活质量，可根据儿童报告的体力、睡眠情况等采取相应的干预措施，提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the level and related factors of health-related quality of life in children and adolescents with leukemia during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 149 leukemia patients aged 8-18 were recruited from four children hospitals in Shanghai and Chengdu. They were investigated with a demographic questionnaire,Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryTM General Core Module（PedsQLTM4.0） and Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryTM Cancer Module（PedsQLTM3.0）. Results The total score of PedsQLTM 4.0 was 68.88±15.10 and the factor scores were highest in social functioning and lowest in school functioning. The influencing factors were guardian＇s education level and poor physical functioning within the recent week. The total score of PedsQLTM 3.0 was 68.95±16.48 and the factor scores were highest in communication and lowest in nausea, the influencing factor was sleep disorders within the recent week. Conclusions Clinicians should pay close attention to the children＇s self-reported quality of life and take targeted interventions to improve their quality of life.
