摘　　要：目的:对月见草油胶丸的微生物限度检查计数方法进行验证,确认其科学性和合理性。方法:采用加入乳化剂的方法制成1∶10的供试品溶液进行检测,细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的限度检查采用平皿法。结果:细菌、霉菌及酵母菌组的实验回收率均大于70%。结论:平皿法结果可靠、操作简便,可作为月见草油胶丸的微生物限度检查计数方法。Objective：To make sure the test for specified micro-organisms of Oeothera Bieinis Oil Soft Capsules was reasonable. Methods ： To make a one in ten dilution of original product with suitable sterile surface-active agent . The plate count method is re served for bacteria , fungi and microzyme. Results：The ratio of recovery of all experiment group were more than 70 percent. Con- clusion：The plate count method is suit for test for specified micro-organisms of Oeothera Bieinis Oil Soft Capsules.
