Gss-Ⅱ型椎弓根钉+Cage植骨融合治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察Gss-Ⅱ型椎弓根钉融合cage植骨椎体间内固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳的临床疗效。方法:以36名进行过该类手术的患者为研究对象,分析其临床表现及影像学资料,对比患者手术前后VAS评分、JOA评分,并作统计学分析。结果:分别于手术后3、6、12、18个月对患者进行随访,患者手术前后的VAS评分、JOA评分有显著性差异,临床症状明显改善,随访时未发现螺钉断裂、松动、断棒现象。结论:GssⅡ型椎弓根钉+Cage植骨方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎不稳疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Gss-Ⅱ Pedicle Screw, Cage and bone graft fusion in treatment of Lumbar disc disease with Spinal Instability. Methods：Between January 2009 and may 2013,clinical date of 36 patients were analyzed retro- speetively（19male and 17 female, The youngest, 38 years old, the biggest 68 years old）. The clinical manifestations and imaging da- ta were analyzed. Calculate the VAS score and JOA score before and after operation. The data was analyzed statistically. Results： All the patients were followed up at 3, 6, 12, 18 months. There was statistical significance in the VAS score and JOA score; The Clinical symptoms were significantly improved. During the follow-up period no break or loosening of screw and break of rod was found. Conelusion：Gss-Ⅱ Pedicle Screw, Cage and bone graft fusion might be an effective reliable and simple therapy for Lumbar disc disease with Spinal Instability.
