摘　　要：随着综合国力的提升,俄罗斯开始谋求重返拉美。俄罗斯将能源作为"战略武器",不断在拉美地区拓展外交空间。在政治和经济利益的驱动下,俄罗斯将不断加强在拉美地区的能源外交。文章认为,未来俄罗斯与拉美国家在能源领域有着广阔的合作前景,但俄罗斯的综合国力和"美国因素"将影响着俄拉能源合作的发展。With the enhancement of its overall national strength, Russia is seeking to return to Latin America. Russia considers energy a geo - strategic weapon for expanding its diplomacy in Latin America. Driven by polit- ical and economic interests, Russia will continue to strengthen energy diplomacy in Latin America. Energy co- operation between Russia and countries of Latin America has broad prospects ; however, Russia＇s comprehensive national strength and ＂American factors＂ will affect energy cooperation between Russia and countries of Latin America.
