摘　　要：近年来,俄罗斯电影市场总体情况良好,观众人数呈逐年上升趋势,但其国产电影的发行却不容乐观。目前,俄罗斯国产电影在本国的发行量已降至该国市场的20%以下。俄罗斯电影在国外的发行情况更糟,在欧洲以外的国际市场几乎不能产生有效影响,即便是传统的欧洲市场也未能取得令人满意的效果,俄产电影的影响范围极其有限。虽然俄罗斯政府针对此情况采取了一定的措施,但效果与期望相去甚远。In recent years, the overall situation of Russian film market is good; there are an upward number of attendances. But the issue of the domestic industry is not optimistic. At present, the Russian domestic film in the country＇s circulation has fallen to less than 20% of the country＇s market. The situation of issuing Russian film abroad is worse. In the international market （except Europe）, it does not have effective impact. Even in the traditional European markets, it also failed to obtain a satisfactory result, the influence of Russian-made movie extremely limited. Although the Russian government take certain measures according to the situation, but the effect is far from expectation.
