摘 要:[目的]探究白菜黑斑病菌的生物学特性。[方法]研究了不同温度、不同光源照射对白菜黑斑病菌孢子萌发的影响,测量了黑斑病菌孢子生长的菌落直径,对适合白菜黑斑病菌孢子萌发的培养基进行了筛选。[结果]通过同一种培养基PSA进行培养,8株白菜黑斑病菌株中火烧坪BHB.的产孢量最好;最适宜黑宽病菌孢子萌发的培养基是PSA培养基,PDA培养基、豆芽培养基和玉米培养基也较适合黑斑病茵孢子的萌发。白菜黑斑病菌孢子在0~35℃能够萌发,最适宜的温度是15℃。该菌在日光灯照射下产孢量显著高于紫外照射,且日光灯不宜长时间照射,紫外灯照射不利于孢子萌发。黑斑病菌菌落在第4~7天生长最快。[结论]为白菜黑斑病的抗病育种研究和防控技术提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to explore biological characteristics of cabbage Alternaria. [ Method ] Effects of temperature and light on the germination of Alternaria spore were studied; the colony diameter of Alternaria was measured; the best medium for the germination of Alter- naria spore was screened. [ Result] After eight Alternaria strains were cultured by PSA medium, HuoShaoPing BHBt had the best sporulation quantity. The most suitable medium for spore germination of Alternaria was PSA medium, meanwhile PDA medium, bean sprouts medium and corn medium were also better. Alternaria spore could germinate between 0 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the optimum temperature was about 15 ℃. The spore germination of Alternaria under the daylight lamp was higher than under UV irradiation, but it couldn' t be too long under daylight lamp. The measurement of the colony diameter of Alternaria showed that the growth of the colony was faster from the first four to seven days. [ Con-clusion ] The research results provide theoretical basis for the resistance brecdina of cabbage Alternaria and prevention and control technology.
