PDCA管理法在化疗安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理法在化疗安全管理中的应用及效果。方法在静脉化疗安全管理中运用PDCA管理法,主要措施有:成立PDCA管理护理专项管理小组,制定严密的化疗安全计划和安全化疗管理流程、实施阶段做好患者化疗前健康宣教、强调PDCA管理监控、检查计划实施巩固成果等措施。结果 PDCA管理实施后护理人员护理缺陷减少13%,P<0.05。PDCA管理实施后患者对疾病知识掌握情况,合格率提高了35%,对护理服务满意度达100%,有显著差异,P<0.01。结论在肿瘤化疗安全培训中应用PDCA循环管理模式可以明显降低用药失误,提高护理安全质量,提高患者对疾病知识的知晓率,密切护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA （Plan, Do, Check and Action） management in the chemotherapy safety management. Methods PDCA management was used in chemotherapy management. The main methods conclude： establishing nursing special management team about PDCA management, implementing the strict chemotherapy safety plan and chemotherapy management process, doing well the health education before chemotherapy, strengthening the monitoring and control of PDCA management, checking the plan making and consolidating the achievements. Results The nursing defects reduced by 13% after using PDCA （P〈0.05）. The patients improved by 35% about the disease knowledge and the satisfaction degree of nursing service reached 100%. There were significant differences before and after using PDCA （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management mode can reduce significantly medication errors; improve the safety quality of nursing care and the understanding ratio about the disease of the patients, and the nurses have a close relation with the patients.
