摘 要:目的探索雌激素在大鼠血压调节中的作用,并探讨雌激素与钙通道的作用关系。方法 27只大鼠分为A、B、C三组;分别做卵巢切除,卵巢切除合并雌激素注射,假手术处理;29 d后,观察在Ca2+通道阻断前后其血压变化。结果去卵巢大鼠血压水平低于雌激素替代疗法组及假手术组,给与L-钙通道阻断剂可引起血压下降并消除雌激素水平高低导致的血压显著性差异。结论雌激素水平下降诱发血压下降,而L-钙通道是雌激素体内血压调节作用可能的作用机制。Objective Owing to the decline of estrogen level,the functions of climacteric women's blood vessels are proved at low ebb, accompanying by high blood pressure.And the effect of hormone replacement is not satisfying. Methods Blood pressure of 27 rats were studied. They are separated into 3 groups.Group A:ovarieetomy (n=9),group B: ovariectomy, injection of estrogen (n=9),group C:non-ovariectomy operation (n=9).Their blood pressures were measured 29 days later, before and after the Ca2+ channel blocker being given. Results The blood pressure of ovariectomy rats is low than that of non-ovariectomy rats and rats with estrogen replacement therapy.L-Ca2+ channel inhibitor can decrease the blood pressure and eliminate the significant difference of blood pressure caused by estrogen level. Conclusion The decline of estrogen level can induce thedecrease of blood pressure. Ca2+ channel plays an indispensable role in the effect.
