摘　　要：自2008年基于单源瞬时kVp切换的能谱成像技术的成熟,能谱CT真正开始进入临床应用。能谱成像以崭新的面目展示在医学成像领域,其多参数成像的实现,提供了多种定量分析的方法和参数,能谱CT越来越显示其在临床应用中的优越性,极大地提高诊断的准确性。能谱CT的出现是CT领域的又一次革命性的突破。Since 2008, the instantaneous kVp switching monophyletic-based spectral imaging technology has matured and energy spectrum CT began entering the clinical application. Spectral imaging shows a new performance in medical imaging field, it realized multi-parameter imaging, offered a variety of quantitative analysis methods and parameters. Energy spectrum CT shows more and more advantages in clinical applications, improves the diagnostic accuracy greatly. It is another revolutionary breakthrough in the field of CT .
