摘　　要：目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年10月至2013年5月间黄冈市中心医院收治的子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病病例108例,均采用HIFU治疗,通过观察患者症状缓解情况、术中术后反应及影像学改变来观察HIFU治疗的临床疗效及安全性。结果:108例患者总有效率为99%,疗效显著率为82.4%,治疗中无皮肤灼伤、骶神经损伤等并发症出现。结论:HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病疗效肯定,对患者损伤小,是一种安全有效的无创治疗措施。Objective： To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） clinical curative effect in the treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis. Methods： One hundred and eight cases with uterine myoma and adenomyosis were treated by HIFU from October, 2010 to May, 2015 in our hospital. The clinical efficacy and safety of HIFU therapy were analyzed by observing the patients symptoms, intraoperative and postoperative reaction and imaging changes. Results： The total effective rate was 99% in the 108 patients and effective rate was 82.4%. There were no skin burn, sacral nerve injury and other complications during the therapy. Conclusion： The HIFU treatment of uterine myoma and adenomyosis has curative effect, little injury to patients. It is a non- invasive treatment and a safe and effective treatment for uterine myoma and adenomyosis.
