青少年漏斗胸与心理症状关系探究

摘　　要：目的:探究青少年漏斗胸患者的心理症状及其影响因素;分析漏斗胸患者漏斗胸指数与其心理症状之间的关系。方法:抽取234例胸外科青少年漏斗胸患者,以漏斗胸指数分组变量、胸外科病例为基础,采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)检测手段,观察漏斗胸患者的生理、心理特征。结果:除强迫、精神病性因子分以外,患者漏斗胸指数与SCL-90各因子分数之间呈显著相关性,且其总分呈现正相关(r=0.795,P<0.05);16岁以上患者,漏斗胸指数与SCL-90各因子分数之间均显著相关性,且其总分呈现正相关(r=0.802,P<0.05)。结论:漏斗胸指数越高,其患者个体的心理症状可能越明显;漏斗胸患者心理损害在青春后期表现更加明显。Objective： To explore the psychological symptoms and its influencing factors in adolescents with funnel chest and analyze the relationship between funnel chest index and psychological symptoms. Methods： Two hundred and fourty-three adolescents with funnel chest were selected from a third-grade class-A hospital in Beijing. We observed physiological and psychological features in funnel chest patients on dependent variables in funnel chest patients and SCL-90 as assessment tools too. Results： Except obsessive-compulsive and psychosis, the correlation coefficient between funnel chest index and other psychological symptoms was statistically significant （P〈0.05） and positive（r=0.795）.The correlation coefficient betweenfunnel chest index and every psychological symptoms was statistically significant （P〈0.05）and positive（r= 0. 802） in patients who were over 16 years old. Conclusion： The higher funnel chest index score means the more obvious psychological symptoms. The psychological trauma was obvious in postpuberty funnel chest patients.
