摘　　要：交流日立透射电子显微镜H-600故障的检修方法,掌握真空系统的工作流程,提高维修水平。通过分析整理日立H-600透射电子显微镜的典型故障,对相应的故障排除技巧进行剖析,并给出相关的解决办法。Exchange maintenance methods of Hitachi electron microscope H-600 faults, master the workflow of vacuum system, and improve maintenance level together.
